Dr. Richard Roski, MD has a BS degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University and an M.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He completed his Neurosurgery residency training at Case Western's affiliated hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Roski subsequently received his MS in management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. Dr. Roski was an Assistant Professor of surgery at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. For the last 20 years he has been the managing partner of Quad City Neurosurgical Associates P.C. in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Roski is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has been very active nationally with issues of physician reimbursement and practice management and has lectured extensively on these topics over the years. For many years, Dr. Roski has overseen and helped teach the Reimbursement and Coding courses for the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, he helped develop and worked on the American Association of Neurological Surgeons reimbursement committee and he has serviced as the Congress of Neurological Surgeons advisor to the AMA CPT editorial panel. Dr. Roski has been involved with many local initiatives including being President of the Eastern Iowa IPA, developing a Work Comp services company and initiating the establishment of a large primary care group in the community. Dr. Roski was President of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons in 1994 and has served on the board of directors of the AANS.

Michelle McCormack has a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, an AS degree in nursing from Valencia Community College, and she completed the executive MBA program in Leadership at Wharton School of Business. She worked within the healthcare field as a Certified Behavior Analyst for the State of Florida and as a nurse at nursing homes. Ms. McCormack began working in risk management, insurance, and business consulting over 17 years ago and was the COO of a large insurance agency for over 7 years. Most recently Ms. McCormack is the COO of The Doctors Agency working with physician practices to design successful business start up and growth plans, organize staffing and regulatory requirements, and develop marketing plans. She sits on the board of directors for two large non-profit organizations and was recently awarded the Congressional Order of Merit by the NRCC for her work as a business advisor to the business committee in the Florida Congress.
