Dear Association Member,

Innovative Healthcare Partnerships, LLC is working with your association to open a clinic within your community that will be majority owned by your association and managed by IHP Management, LLC. This project is a proactive response to the increasing difficulty with finding primary medical care and the growing proliferation of “concierge” medical practices where physicians are demanding one to twenty thousand dollars per patient per year for access to medical care. The objective of this clinic project is to provide the members of the community with easy and convenient access to quality medical care and aesthetic services concentrating on the overall health and wellness of the patient. The unique combination of medical and aesthetic services allows us to make them available for a very reasonable initial access fee which should go down over time as the clinic gets more established. The benefits to all owners are:
  • Quality healthcare and true wellness services in one convenient location.
  • The majority of the profits from the clinic will go to the association to help defray ongoing expenses (helping to hold down association dues) and get to projects that may not be otherwise feasible without assessments.
  • Free and reduced aesthetic services to members.
  • The presence of a medical clinic should add positively to everyone’s condominium value.
  • Increased health and well being thru anti-aging and aesthetic medicine.
The success of this project will depend on the enthusiasm of the owners to sign up for the services, pay the access fee and to actively use their facility. Without the commitment of a core group of owners, the project will not work financially. We want this project to be financially beneficial for all involved, therefore we need to find out whether we can establish enough interest to move the project forward. The attached survey was designed to help us get a feel for the interest of the individual owners regarding such a project. Your association board has determined that the concept has solid merit. We would like to find out a few details about your medical and aesthetic needs and most importantly your commitment to such a project. As access to medical care (see attached article) becomes increasingly difficult, we want to take positive steps to ensure that you will have access to quality medical care provided on “your terms”. Medical care needs to become consumer driven and this is a positive step to ensure that the consumer does retain control of how medical care is delivered.

We thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the survey. Click here to begin.

Warm Regards,
